About Us

Pastry Chef Claire Raposo graduated top of her class from Le Cordon Bleu Paris at 19 years old. She has incorporated her lifelong passion for French pastry with her love of all things Berkshire. The Lost Lamb combines classic techniques with youthful creativity and a cheerful, lively atmosphere.
